Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS)
El Paso is city which has fled from its border with Mexico over last several decades. Downtown El Paso is all but abandoned by major industry; however, the border population is still alive and well. Many parks dot El Paso's border with Juarrez, and many, like this one, lay abandoned and shuttered. Occupied only by surveillance and the couple odd photographers, neither deterred by poorly built chain link fences.
