Surveillance infrastructure has quietly integrated into our border landscapes, often going unnoticed to the untrained eye. Towers easily mistaken for cell phone or radio infrastructure but equipped with cutting edge high-resolution cameras and radar systems blend into the background. This network of technology becomes visible only when you know where and how to look—it is hidden in plain sight. Surveillance towers can be found watching over backyards, playgrounds, schools, children’s hospitals, churches, and everything in between.
