Mobile Surveillance Capability (MSC)
We caught this MSC at a spot lower on the mountainside of Kuuchamaa than it is usually positioned, likely due to hazardous road conditions higher up. Surveilling the entirety of the Mexican town of Tecate, this tower is operated around the clock by national guardsmen.
