Integrated Fixed Tower (IFT)
In probably the most damning case of the United States government's surveillance of migrant death, the body of the 33-year-old Martin Zamora Pastrana was found less than 500 yards from an IFT with a stated range of 7-8 miles. His cause of death was determined as hyperthermia (heat exhaustion). Martin's cross was placed by Tucson-based artist Alvaro Enciso.
