Relocatable Remote Video Surveillance System (R-RVSS)

The sun tears through the clouds over an R-RVSS in big sky Texas, only miles from the SpaceX rocket facilities on Boca Chica Beach. While this version of the RVSS tower was designed to be relocatable, a survey of historical satellite imagery shows that once U.S. Customs and Border Protection installs these towers, they are there to stay. Whether in densely populated urban communities, or the barren expanse of empty deserts, surveillance has become a permanent fixture of the border landscape.
